We passed the depressed week and became cheerful again (hopefully), as you can see in Nyekk's post. So let me show you some pictures from this week. Will be followed by a silly story :)

Dear A-chan, thanks for the comment on my phone, I post a picture for you ^^ Hope you see why:

It's a good phone. I like it :) as Nyekk wrote before.. I drooled over it already, it still works though. It has some problems, like all my phones and pdas had, but oh well...

Next is, some comics! Nyekk wrote, that I often poke him... usually on the face ^^" sorry Nyekk... it must be a bad habbit of mine. Anyways, on the left side is me, and Nyekk's on the right side. Two funny comics, hope you like them :)

Yepp.. we are silly indeed.

People like to snack. That's a fact. Chips, sweets, chocolate.. all the same. We eat them like pigs, and get fat because of them. But who can avoid them, when they are just out there, searching for someone to eat them. So we did. We bought pocky by Lotte (Tricky), and Smacks Ramen by Nissin. Then we ate chinese. Yes, we are addicts for food from Asia ^^" But believe me when I say, we eat other things than these foods ("Don't tell lies.. you eat ramen all the time!!! And beg for Chinese at class!!" - I can nearly hear Nyekk saying this). Here are some pictures:

Sorry, we couldn't wait.. we were hungry. Otherwise I could take pictures of un-half-eaten Chinese food :)

Oh, and here's a picture of Nyekk, holding his precious Lotte pocky boxes ^^ Can you see it in his eyes? "I just want to eat them.... now.. turn off that camera and let's EAT THEM!!"


Saad saad story.. They will soon delete the plain memory of 1 and 2 forints in Hungary, so let's take a last look at them:

Anyway, they are collecting them now, and in some places, you can see glass boxes (okey, it's a globe...), and the money you put in will be given to the sick children (by medical machines and better treatments)
Everyone for the poor sick children :( get well soon!!

That way, you can pick up your phone easily, and you don't have to be afraid of:
- that you sit on it
- it will jump out of your pocket
- won't hear when it's ringing
And addition, you'll have both your hands free!!!

And lastly.. (yeah, i said finally just before.. but, I don't think anyone noticed it) my adventure! So my Mom bought something on the internet and I had to go and meet with the seller. The meeting point was at the terminal of the 3rd metro (the end of the subway at Budapest). When the business was done, I headed back to home, so I wanted to get on the subway, but it just left me behind (TT TT). At the same time, on the other side, there were another train, and it was empty, so I thought I'd get on and wait till it takes off. I just called my Mom on the mobile, when the doors were shut behind me, and the train begin to move. I told my Mom, that I probably shouldn't get on the train, and that I don't know where we were heading (since it was the last stop). Then it just stopped, and I was inside, waiting for someone to rescue me, when the driver showed up next to the train. I looked at him, worried, then he said "we are going back now", so I smiled and showed him my thumb up (^ ^)b. And there you go. I was rescued, and was laughing at myself... how silly I was :D
What I learnt today: never mistake 2nd metro's and 3rd metro's terminal, unless the driver is handsome.

So, that's all folks. Hope we'll make that gadget list soon :)

The post title is a little pun, because I'm now posting from the train that just left for my hometown. I'm always happy when I can go home to my parents, hey, I born there or what ^^ Anyways, the train runs on track, hence the title, haha ^_-

The other thing I want to put "back on track", is my life. Decisions have been made, chances were counted, bitter things will have to be swallowed, ...all for the greater good... (I'm not going to take over the world ^^) I hope that means no more depressive posts like the one below :P Mizu-chan wants me to smile, so I will try to be always happy ^^ It's not that hard when she's with me, cause if I don't look happy, she pokes me until I sure do LOL ^^

So things are now like that, only school has just became a nuisance: There were times when I was happy to understand one programming language, now I'm suppose to know at least 5 :S
I like to write programs, it's always fun to make something that works and helps ^^ ...but my brain is not that great at remembering details, and also it's great in mixing things up. And does it often. (And doesn't have face recognition engine, but that's another thing^^)

{{ Mizuki }} Weird days

Hey,

Okey, now.. if you ask me, there are days, when you just shouldn't wake up. Like today.. I tell you the story:

The story of the very weird day

So, there is this girl.. let's call her Mizuki. This girl was so tired.. so so so tired, she wanted to sleep a lot. She also had two guinea pigs, one of them was very - and I mean very very very - noisy, she just knew that she must do something about it, or she won't sleep at all. She also knew, that if this little guinea pig is fed, then it will be quiet. So she decided to give her food, a large amount of food, that will satisfy her. So she did:
"Woah! So many food!!! Iiiiiinaaaaa!!" - said the little guinea pig.
"Hai, tabete kudasai!" - answered Mizuki, and made a weird smile like this: X3

Now that the official alarm was turned off, she set her alarm clock (her mobile phone) to 10 at the morning. With that she gain 3 more hours, since the official alarm - let's call it Little Hungry Guinea Buta - usually starts to buzz at 7 in the morning.

So she was ready to go to sleep. She weas counting little Monokuro Boos by the way. She slept and slept.. loooong. Her charger was so full, soon it was just losing strength. Then she woke up.. thinking.. and thinking. "What the hell" - she thought - "I feel like I slept for ages, it's not normal, I'm even more tired now" - so she got up, and checked her mobile phone. "Nani kore!!??" - she asked. The mobile's clock said, it's already 12 o'clock, and there was no sign of buzzing. She checked it, and found out the reason: the day was set to Tuesday..

"Nevermind" - she said - "at least I'm fresh now". With that, she turned on her laptop, and started to read her mails. There was a mail from Nyekk - her best friend -, so she answered, and asked what he was doing, and where he was. Then Nyekk sent her another mail: "I'm nearly there. Are you at home or what the hell? :D". Soon they started to chat online. That was the time when she realized, that she should be at the bus by now, and that she slept too much, she wouldn't be able to be there on time. So she just stayed at home and started to surf on the Internet. They fixed with Nyekk, that they will meet somewhere at about 14:45, so with that she logged off, and started to actually do something.

"Woah, little guinea pigs are dirty, let's clean them!"
After she cleaned the pigs' cage, she connected the hoover, that was already at the room, and started to hoover. It was a water-hoover, so it collected the dirt and put it in the water inside. But she forgot to clean it after the last pig cleaning. "Oh well" - she thought, when she first remembered, that it's not empty - "at least I don't have to put more water in it, let's just use the old one". After a few minutes, she realized, that it was a bad idea. She smelled something, that no one ever want to smell. It was so terrible, it would scare away any monster and bad soul that was around the place. At least she learnt that she shouldn't let those little guinea pig craps steeping in there for four days. She will never do it again.

For about an hour, the smell stood there, she was nearly killed by it. Then it disappeared, and give the living souls a break.
At that time, it was 14:00. "Oh, Nyekk will call me at about 14:30, so I have a little time to do some piano practice."

At 14:45, she started to feel, that something is not okey there. She checked her mobile. And there it was. A missed call. "Kusoooo!!" - she said, and called Nyekk for mercy.

On her way to the meeting place, she met with different weird people. First there was that couple, who played the game, when one shuts his eyes and counts, and when he gets to 10, he opens his eyes and the other one must freeze. It was such a ridiculus sight to see a couple playing that. She even thought, that the girl is just sick or that she, Mizuki can freeze time, that's why the girl isn't moving. Then when she got there... really near the girl, her eyes moved. "Kowaii" - she thought and started to walk more faster. Then there was that cock-eyed man, who looked at her, making her think, that she is a bad person if she starts to laugh - indeed, it was a baaaad thing to laugh inside her. Bad Mizuki! And the puffy girl, who had black trousers, a lilac pulover, a black leather coat, and a black-white chequered pattern cap.

Soon she got to meet Nyekk, when her mobile rang, and a young guy told her, that her dad - who is a technician for 30 years, by the way - made a crap from her little NEC MobilePro 900's battery, and that he can't fix it. Let's just say, that when she give him to fix it, it was in good condition, and she asked to replace the batteries. So she got angry and at the same time laughed at his stupidity. "Dad is a technician for 30 years, you asshole!!" - she told to the mobile, but the young guy didn't hear that of course.. or unfortunately.

The reason why Nyekk and Mizuki met this day, was that she had to buy something from a man. Just some little rubbish, but the point is, Nyekk said to her before, that the man is weird, and she shouldn't go alone. He was weird indeed, and made Mizuki think she shouldn't be there*. After the meeting, they together laughed at the man, and his behaviour, and took off to eat some Chinese food.

The rest of the day was normal, but she still thinks that she would have better not woke up.

Yeah, sorry for this long explanation :) It was a weird day after all. Hen.

{{ Mizuki }} Oishii pocky and the translation

Hey,

HELLO KITTY プレッツェル - one kind of Pocky :) The funny thing is, that in Hungarian, the pasta, it's made of called "perec" too (at least I think it's kinda similar to "purettseru" - if I write it right). I wonder if there's any meaning of it, maybe the word "perec" was taken from foreign languages other than Hungarian (and we taken it too). Nevermind. This pocky is really oishii ^^


(I've got a little Bleach calendar with it.. since I'm not a Bleach fan, actually, I haven't watched animes nearly half year, I'm gonna send it to A-chan :) )

We are thinking in translating jdoramas by the way. From English subtitles of course :D I wanted to translate Deru toko demasho! since I first saw it, and we thought we should let some Hungarian jdorama fans watch Trick, since it's a really good dorama!

Ooo, I'll make that gadget timeline soon, when I'll have time to do it.

<< Nyekk >> Those always

Those always

There is an interesting kind of sentences in the english language (and in any other one I think). Those sentences I'm talking about are the ones starting with "Oh, I always loved/hated...". It's a weird kind of statement.
For example the first problem is defining 'always'. You can define it on a very large scale of periods, like "since the universe hatched from its gigantic egg". It might seem good at first sight, but one can spot some wrongness in this definition. One couldn't like playing counter strike with their friends, when 2 million years ago dinosaurs roared across the land. So this kind of 'always' is not too good for us. Let's look at a little narrower range of time, a human lifetime is a good candidate. You could say "I always liked roasted beef with smashed potato". That sounds good, doesn't it? Well aside from the fact, that 3 month old babies rarely eat roasted beef with smashed potatoes, of course that doesn't exclude the possibility of liking it anyway. Maybe from mom's umbilical cord, the lil' baby got some liquid roasted beef with smashed potatoes, and developed some liking for it. Anyways, unarguably the baby times are the part of our lifetime, too, and there is some month long period after we saw the light of a ceiling lamp in the hospital, we didn't particularly loved or hated anything, because we didn't even know what does 'love' and 'hate' mean. So the only good one seems that 'always' is 'a period of time starting sometimes not too long ago and will end sometimes in the future'. It isn't too much information about the thing you talking about but oh well. ^^

Putting the rambling aside, now I wouldn't have to explain the next sentence. I have always liked Nintendo consoles.

A little history about this:
I got my first Nintendo console when I was around six. It was the big gray brick gameboy, with a green-o-chrome display. I only got two games with it, one was Kung Fu Masters, a mediocre sideway scroller karate game, and the other was Tetris, which put a great infuence on me, up until today. I nearly played these games to pieces, since I had only these two, I always looked for secret levels, but unfortunately there was none in them. I got a PC afterwards, and my parents said that i was ought to do serious things, not games, so that was a litte departure from Nintendo. I played games on the pc nevertheless, but that's not the point. I never met another Nintendo up until college, when Mizu-chan bought a DS. I was mesmerized about the quality of the games on it and decided I have to get one, too!
I didn't got the DS first, but it's little brother, the Gameboy advance SP, but soon it had been sold for a classic "fat" DS. Meanwhile, from the junksale, I acquired a NES, a SNES, and a 1/2 N64.



That's my Cube on my trusty Commodore 64 :P

And my latest addition to this history, is a Nintendo Gamecube.I bought it from Mizu-chan. It's in perfect confition, and got a Harry Potter game with it, too. If you ask me why they named it Gamecube, I think there is only one reson for that. Had they named it Gamesphere, the designers would have to follow that accordingly, and you would be constantly running after your Gamesphere just rolled off our desk.
Anyways, the cube is great, can't wait to play Zelda on it, which just happens to be my favourite game, thanks Mizu-chan ^^

By the way, we should do the gadget-history-thingie you just wrote about, its a great idea!

To tell you the truth... this wasn't really my day. I won't start to tell you why, let's just say, everyone and everything conjure against me... as the result of my bad starting of this morning, I got to class (linear algebra)ten minutes later. I usually don't, so it was a bit embarassing. But later I've read your post Nyekk. It mad my day better :) Really.. have to tell, i laughed my a55 off :D I always loved the style your brain works, but reading it in English made it more funnier :) thank you!

And then.. something very good happened:
So all this dorama otakuness started with only one dorama. Called Nobuta wo produce. I was bewitched by it, and after that I wanted more and more. But it was the very first dorama we watched, so it has some special meaning. And some weeks ago we've found a place, called Simply-Tofu, and there it was. A whole bounch of bags. To be more specific, japanese schoolbags.. and among them: Nobuta schoolbag. There were bag exactly like Nobuta's, Akira's and Shuuji's, and there were bags with the nobuta logo and so on. Then we decided to order our own Nobuta bags :)

The story doesn't end here. It was quite a shock, because:
1. the website says we should get a mail, telling us our tracking number of the shipping - which we didn't got
2. when I wrote the admin, she told me the page had some problem, but she sent me the number - but the Chinese post said "No information on this tracking"
But we waited, and today.. this very bad and grrrr day... it was here :D our special bags. Here, I have a picture too (blue - Mizuki, brown - Nyekk).

So hey Japan, here we come! Can we be your pupils?




About the phone thing. What should I say? I love changing phones. I think I'll post about my phone history. Or should we do a history with your phones and gadgets too? Together? I don't know, tell me what to do :D
Uhm.. btw. If I buy a big phone like that. Do they send me a Maki with it? Actually, I searched for Nobuta in the bag, but she wasn't there :\ lol

<< Nyekk >> Boring (1920-)

I'm sitting in a shopping center, waiting for time to pass, so I thought why would I not write a blog entry ^^ It's not that easy when you are bored, and your head is full of "colinear" and "mutually perpendicular" words, the last sole remainders of the last linear algebra class I attended. But nevertheless, I will try :P So this is the view:



by simply looking at it what would you first notice?
Ok, the metal fence, but that's not the point ^^
The second is there are stores lined up on the right hand side of the photo. Yeah, stores, they play the main role here, hence the place called shopping center. The interesting thing is, these stores are mostly empty, silently waiting for some poor fellow to enter, like a wanderer in the desert, strugling (how do you write that actually?) for some water to wet his throat. So the stores are empty.
The third thing you notice is the mass of people walking along here. There are singles, couples, families, but they all have one thing in common: they are perfectly adopted the atmosphere here, the dull lukewarm pace of things. You actually feel how molecules are slowing down, you could almost see them. These hordes of man, woman and children have one sole goal, one objective, one mission, to escape the boredness that comes down at you when you enter the building. Some fellow think to themselves, "hell, I'm in a shopping center, shouldn't I buy something", but that's just a microsecond before they take another step, and starting to focus not to crash into the group of zombies before them, adjusting the speed to the other unfortunate humanoids. And for time to time, you notice one exceptional entity here: the man who came here with a purpose.
You can recognize it for two things:
1. They walk fast. Hard to see them if you had already lowered your brain frequency to the average shopper, but you are likely to spot one or two just after you enter on the fron door.
2. They have direction, after they got what they want, they leave. Some say, these kind of people doesn't actually exist, but I believe in them. Sometimes you have to believe in something even if you can't see it at first. That's what I say. So I do it like that.
If one little alien would come here, study our languages, and by taking out the redundancy and inefficience of the sentences, could somehow zip the description above, I think the resullt would be something like this: BORING Yes, I think that pretty much sums it up well :P That's more than enough about this place.

As for other things, I'm writing up this entry on my "old-new" handheld, the Ericsson MC218. I took a photo of it for you not familiar with it. It's pretty darn handy at times when you got to wrte something on the run, or just dont want to take a laptop with you. I'm actually took notes with it, of my class last time, and it performed very well ^^



Yeah, Mizuki is about to get her new lil' stuff, and it will satisfy her at least a month, if it can survive that she drools over it the first few days :3 On the jdorama front, yeah, I liked Eri no idontremembertherest, they made a kawaii couple, and at the end, you could understand the intentions of Iso's mother, too. It was touching sometimes, though I didn't cry over it (hontoni) ~_~ Now we are watching Trick, wich seems to be good, after the first two episodes.

By the way, as Mizuki has written below, she turned 21. As a friend who know her (at least i ike to think that ^^), I can assure you, she haven't chaged a bit between 20 and 21 ^_^ I wish, she could be like that forever, and I hope she will, I'm giving all my support for that :DD
Woa, I should post this thing soon, cause I will have to go, and catch my train, I will leave for my hometown in 1.5 hours from now, so I should get going.

{{ Mizuki }} New semester, new life

Hey,

So the new semester has started, and we have already got bored :) nonono, just kidding o_<
School is fun, even if some classes are boring, so nevermind.

With the start of the semester, I became 21 years old. I kinda feel old now :S but as I always try to stay the same, I think I'm still a child :) people who know me knows that.


Harry Potter and the deathly hallows' Hungarian translation is finally here, I bought it on the first day :) I'm still reading the story of Sony, but as soon as I finish it, I'll start to read this story again :) I'm so excited ^^


New gadget in sight!!! This HP ipaq 514 voice messenger just cute as it is, I can imagine myself as holding this fellow. Nyekk knows, that I love changing my gadgets from time to time... yeah, bad habbit. So yeah. I hope I can have a phone like this. It's small and has WiFi. Cool.

So Dramacon has ended :( I'm a bit sad, because I really like this manga, and it has only 3 parts. I hope we can read Svetlana Chmakova's next manga called 'Nightschool' soon. It sounds cool :3

And lastly we've seen some jdoramas and have some jmovies left. Finished Erai tokoro ni totsuide shimatta. I liked it very much, and I think Nyekk liked it too, but I don't want to speak for him :P It was a good dorama, funny and I was touched at the same time. Iso kun (Tanihara Shosuke) is kawaii and Kimi chan (Nakama Yukie) is so funny I could feel what she felt, and completely agreed with her. After that we started Sappuri (Supply) with Kamenashi Kazuya. Only watched one episode. I think it will be good, but I need to see more episodes to be sure :) I also started to watch Hotaru no Hikari with Ayase Haruka, but got bored halfway :\ My boss my hero - has a good starting. I need time to watch them all, geez :D I really am a jdorama otaku.
Jmovies.. hm.. Gyakkyo Nine with our kawaii Horikita Maki chan, and Virgin Snow. That's it for now I think :) Owww.. japanese actors/actresses owerflow :D
