How was your week? Mine was a bit crazy so far.
So in my last post I wrote I have a new phone, a nokia n80 right?
That's what happened:
The girl, who's name is Mizuki, surfed on the internet, and found a program. It's called suiteki 2.0. It's a java program for mobile phones, which has a Japanese-English and Engish-Japanese dictionary in it, a kanji dictionary, and some other cool stuffs.
"Wow" she said, "it's the program I've been looking for for ages!!". She was happy and downloaded it (as it was totally free!!), and put it on her phone. Installing....
The mobile said "unable to install". What the.... she tried again and again. It was the second time, that she found a really good program for her phone, that could help her in her Japanese learning. The first one's name was "Express Japanese" and it has useful expressions and grammar in it. It too didn't work.
So she searched on the internet, to find out, that the problem is: nokia n80 has some issues with java, and it can't be helped. If there is a program that doesn't work, it will never do so. So she told with anger to Nyekk "a, moooou, I'll just switch with your Samsung!!". As Nyekk was selling a Samsung i607 alias Blackjack phone on the internet, he said "okey, you know what? try it out, and if you like it, we can switch". After 1,5 days, they switched. The Blackjack looks awesome, it's nice, and it runs java... but not quite well.
Now Mizuki is trying to help the java problem, will not give up (hopefully, but never say never). The problem is: she is getting to loose her trust in mobile phones..
So yeah, sorry for the 3rd person view again, but I'm just fed up with the mobiles ^^;;;;; I bought the nokia n80 to have a smart phone, that I can use for studying Japanese, but so far it didn't help me even a little bit. I hope the blackjack will, because it looks really nice and has a good battery life, screen is beautiful. So jvm (java virtual machine - that "plays" the java programs), fear me, 絶対勝つから!!!
Other stuffs..
Nyekk and I are a part of a "program" now. There is a community, that has a few Japanese university students, who wish to learn English. To be frank, it is schoolwork for them to be there, because their teacher had this really great idea, to start a community, where they has to practice English by writing diaries, and comments to the other's diaries - in English. She also invites a lot of foreign people, to help them. So we joined.
This week I found an interview with Horikita Maki, where I heard the question "why do you think you get roles as a boy so often?". It is an interesting question right? I've been wondering about that since I saw Hanakimi. Since there is "Tokyo Shounen" where she is schizophrenic, and her other self is a boy. But I couldn't understand what she answered. Also asked Nyekk if he has any idea about it, but he couldn't understand it either.
So I thought I should ask it in a diary in that community. They helped me ^^ Also the teacher asked me if I study Japanese like that, and well.. I halfly do so, because what I know now is half what I know from doramas and interviews. So I said yes.
And this morning (oh pf, I wrote mourning.. who would mourn??) I got two messages about this, so it seems she told her students about how I study :D It is so cool isn't it?? I feel kind of touched, and is a weird feeling, that in an English class in Japan, my way of studying Japanese has been mentioned.
This story became a bit long right? Sorry, but it meant a lot for me.
Also, Nyekk is keep saying, that I'm like I'm half Japanese, also my Dad said I always shake hands like I was Japanese. So I don't know, what do you think? I've even been told that on a picture I look like I'm half Japanese, and it was said by my Korean friend :D which is quite interesting.
Huh.. never mind me ^^ it just makes me happy.
We have been working on a video of the summer camp in the past month, it will soon be finished. I hope I can show it to you guys, I think it will be quite good and sometimes funny (we worked on the funny part, neee Oniichan? ^^)
At school, my test was good enough, so it made me happy again. Now I don't have to worry, that I can't go to do the exam.
This weekend we will have a trial JLPT4 exam at Ancsisan's. Wish me luck please ^^ If I do good on it, it will make me feel a bit eased, and more confident on the real exam in December 7th.
所で, why is a half naked musculine guy on the right side of this blog saying "5 tips to get a flat stomach"?? :DD 恥ずかしい。。。
I hope everyone is okey, take care of yourself, it's getting really cold outside. At least in Hungary.. ^^;;;
瑞希 (ah, and now I can write it down from heart lol...)
Ps: have I mentioned that now we started to learn to write kanji? it's so much fun for me ^^ I hope it is for Nyekk and Padi too!
EDIT: I found this little app, now I can see how many people are watching tis blog and from where :)
