Seems this blog will stay just that :D a library for my new year's resolutions lol.
So here goes nothing:
- It is highly possible that I'll get the opportunity to show my leadership skills this year. I would like to tackle this challenge and leave a good impression while doing so. I also would like to use this chance to build a richer vocab in English.
Well, there was a high chance to do that... but in the end it meant a lot more responsibilities, with the same amount of title and money. I ended up changing jobs at the start of November.
- I got back on the learning-Japanese track this year, and I hope to continue on it throughout 2015 too. It's something that has been a long term hobby for me, and along the way it became something more.
I kept up with the Japanese, I think it's something I would miss if given up... but it is also taking up a lot more time than I would like to. So i don't know what will come to it in 2016.
- I had a few classes of Korean, and I fell in love with this language. I want to keep learning it, though the problem is always that we don't have a teacher :( awful
No teacher yet.. guess it will be one of those things that will stay on my to do list for all eternity :D
- On my way to pick up a new hobby, that is sumi-e. I'll try to put time aside for it :)
Haha, failed this one spectacularly. Also, this reminds me that I have to get my book back from a friend lol. Instead of doing sumi-e, I picked up the brush and learned how to watercolour ;)
- Travel plans are: London in March, hopefully with a side trip to Wales. South Korea would be nice, but I'll see if it fits the budget :D
Did London in March (saw Neil Gaiman!), then London again in September (The Corrs concert!!!!), and Paris in October. Due to the latter 2, i skipped South Korea :D
- Although probably surreal, but would like to loose 8-10 kg. Will have to find some sport or martial art to do it I think.
Fail fail fail, always fail this one T_T I was sick throughout the year, so it was hard to stick with any routine. That's what you get when you are stressed all the time.
- Taiko? I haven't decided what I'll do about it. One thing is for sure, I am less and less happy with playing. I might give it up in order to pick kendo up.
Kept the taiko, though half the year we spent with experimenting with other drums. And in december we got to participate in the Jatekkeszito :) it was so much fun!
New resolutions coming up.
